How large a SD or SDHC card for Kindle can I use?

From the forums -

  1. Update courtesy Richard (comment below): I just bought a PQI 8 GB SDHC card and the Kindle recognized it without a problem. I’ve tranferred books to it and they work perfectly.
  2. Customer Support – confirmed that 4GB SD cards have been tested.
  3.  A user has been using a 8GB SD card without issues.
  4.  Another user has been using a 4GB SDHC card without problems

Where to buy – The Kindle Store – Accessories doesn’t list anything above 2GB, so I’d recommend www.newegg.com .
