Both Oprah’s website and the Amazon main page are drumming up excitement around the Friday unveiling of Oprah’s favourite new gadget. Could it be the Amazon Kindle? could it be Kindle 2.0 ???
Here’s a screenshot from the Amazon home page. There’s a video which has a teaser glimpse of Oprah holding something like a Kindle – which version though???

My guess is that Oprah’s favorite gadget is … ta da … Kindle: Amazon’s Wireless Reading Device.
BTW … this from Amazon Reseller Community – If Oprah’s talking to Jeff Bezos it being the Kindle is pretty much guaranteed -

I doubt it’s version 2.0 though – releasing Kindle 2.0 on the Oprah show would just be too strange. BTW at booksummit (our social network for book lovers), we’re giving away a free kindle – sign up before October 31st and do something on the network to be eligible.
