There have been a lot of websites that have picked up on the Oprah favorite gadget thread including Gizmodo, Boy Genius Report, etc. The amount of buzz being generated is unreal.I’m trying to find a video of oprah’s show and can’t. If you know how I can get hold of Oprah’s announcement please do let me know – even Youttube doesn’t have a video of Oprah’s kindle endorsement. All I could find was some information on Oprah’s own website. That also confirms the $50 coupon.
BTW, why isn’t this $50 discount on Amazon’s Kindle product page? Do I not deserve a $50 discount code simply because I didn’t watch Live in Chicago ????

when you can return the paper ones for 1/2 at many stores…
i’d have to read 200 books, and never recharge the battery or LOSE the product….
to make this even close to break even
and NOBODY needs to store ALL of them
