BarbC at BookSummit had a personal thank you she wanted to convey to Mr. Bezos. If someone can get this to his attention it’d be much appreciated -
Thank you for making the Kindle. After five years of not reading because the print getting smaller and smaller or the books wouldn’t stay open unless the binding was broken. I have severe spastic Cerebral Palsy and I use a headwand to type, dial the phone, and now operate my Kindle. I push the next page and the previous page with my headwand. Thank you again for this wonderful device. I suggest you market the Kindle to the disabled because it is the cheapest device out there to help us read. It the most wonderful device I ever saw.

Dear Sam ********,
My name is Brett O’Keefe of Amazon.com’s Executive Customer Relations. Jeff Bezos did in fact receive your e-mail as you’d hoped, and has asked me to respond on his behalf.
Thank you for taking the initiative to share your own experience with the Kindle, as well as helping to ensure BarbC’s heartfelt story reached Jeff as she’d hoped it would.
We’re always thrilled to hear enthusiastic feedback like this and are very excited to be able to offer the Kindle to customers who are as excited as we are.
Thanks again, Sam. Best Wishes!
