Samsung is all set to launch its Papyrus eReader/PDA in Korea in June and in the US and UK sometime after that - hopefully in 2009 itself. The biggest advantages and main features of the Samsung Papyrus are -
- A sub-$300 price.
- Touchscreen.
- A5 sized device – 5″ eInk screen. Screen takes up most of the real estate.
- Available in a variety of colors.
- Features include notetaker, world clock, contacts, diary, calculator.
- 512 MB of internal memory – however, no expansion slot.
- No WiFi. Nothing has been mentioned about connectivity.
