If you&#039;re doing something like walking on a treadmill 
that&#039;s pretty much a learned exercise. 

It uses a different part of the brain (as far as my understanding goes) from reading so it works well.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[one of my favorite things about the kindle is how easy it is to use while im working out, without having to mess with getting the book to stay flat, stay on page, turn the pages, etc... although i dont know if reading and exercising at the same time counts as multitasking...]]></description>
