- The List by J. A. Konrath for $1.99 – Perhaps the latest blog post on kindle store earnings has re-ignited sales. It’s very well reviewed.
- History of the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire by Edward Gibbon – All 6 volumes are included in this $1 ebook.
- The Original Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy gets a price drop to $6.39 and a bump in sales rank to 257.

- SleepWalker: The Last Sandman by Brad Marlowe is just $1 and its doing exceptionally well (despite a cover that PhotoShop wishes it could disown). Its #185 in the Kindle Store.

Don’t get the point of putting up 5 free books and not letting them be downloaded. The Kindsolver free book is obviously to encourage purchases of her new book coming out soon – Why not let people read it on the Kindle?
