A special thank you to every author and reader that has gotten involved in making this list and the sales reflected on it possible.

Things Have Changed

Before delving into this long and elaborate list, please make note of a few changes that we are implementing this month:

  1. We are ONLY including self-published authors. If you self-publish some books, then only sales for those will be considered.
  2. ONLY authors with reported or estimated sales above 1,000 will qualify for the list. Sorry, but it’s turning into an impossible task so we have to set a limit somewhere to be able to release the list monthly.
  3. We did not and will continue to NOT include borrows and loans and free downloads.

Switch’s Thoughts: It’s interesting to me to see so much churn in who’s #1. CJ Lyons currently has 4 books in the Kindle Top 100 including one in the Top 10. It shows just how much promotional power Amazon has. It can feature one author’s books as its ‘Kindle Daily Deal’ and that author gets 5 books in the Top 10.
